DISCoVeR Tiyatro A\u011f\u0131<\/strong> CCI'lar, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat kurulu\u015flar\u0131, VR teknoloji \u015firketleri, k\u0131demli hizmetler kurumlar\u0131, STK'lar ve dijital alan\u0131 ya\u015fl\u0131lar i\u00e7in daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 hale getirmek i\u00e7in i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eden di\u011fer payda\u015flardan olu\u015fan ulus\u00f6tesi bir a\u011fd\u0131r. A\u011f, projenin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck (yerel) \u00f6l\u00e7ekte anlaml\u0131 bir etki yaratmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in yerel tiyatrolar, yerel g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc kurulu\u015flar, yerel kamu yetkilileri ve yerel radyo ve TV Kanallar\u0131 ve di\u011fer yerel payda\u015flar dahil olmak \u00fczere yerel ve b\u00f6lgesel a\u011flar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik edecek, kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak ve destekleyecektir.<\/p>

Beceri ve yetkinliklerin ele al\u0131nmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle Covid-19 krizi ba\u011flam\u0131nda ve \u00f6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131lara odaklanarak, VR gibi teknolojilerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan CCI operat\u00f6rlerinin eri\u015fimlerini ve kitlelerini geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in kullanabilecekleri etkili bir sosyal yard\u0131m \/ kat\u0131l\u0131m stratejisi gerektirmektedir. VR'nin ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131 yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetlere (VR boyama veya hikaye anlat\u0131m\u0131 gibi) dahil etmek i\u00e7in nas\u0131l kullan\u0131labilece\u011fine dair bir mod\u00fcl i\u00e7ermektedir. Bunun uzun vadeli amac\u0131, CCI'lar\u0131n dijital ge\u00e7i\u015fini herkes i\u00e7in kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve eri\u015filebilir hale getirmeye katk\u0131da bulunmak olacakt\u0131r.<\/span>
